EMMAP, a private higher-education institution in Casablanca, is strengthening its sales team with telesales agents, reporting to the sales manager.
You call prospects to present the training programmes, follow up with applicants and the database, and help promote the school. The role is based in Oulfa, with weekend work and Wednesdays off.
A one-month paid internship, 3,000 to 3,500 DH according to the listing, with a prospect of a permanent contract depending on results. Bac+2/3 and excellent speaking skills required.
What you'll do
- Call prospects to present the school's training offers
- Promote the Bachelor's and Master's programmes
- Identify applicants' needs and suggest suitable options
- Handle information requests and communicate professionally
- Run prospecting campaigns and follow-up calls
- Qualify contacts and follow up on sales opportunities
- Support prospects through to enrolment
- Update the sales database
- Track targets and send activity reports

Who they're looking for
- Bac+2 or Bac+3 in Business, Marketing or Management
- Excellent speaking skills and command of phone communication
- Ability to argue, convince and handle objections
- A good listener with a sense of customer relations
- Command of phone prospecting techniques
- Experience in telesales or a call centre preferred
