SmilyCall, a phone answering service in Marrakech, is looking for a full-stack developer with solid foundations, able to use AI to work faster while staying fully in control of the code. A job afterwards is possible.
You build internal tools in Node.js, TypeScript, React and PostgreSQL. You use Claude and AI tools methodically: breaking tasks down, generating, reviewing rigorously and testing. You keep the architecture clear, Git tidy and documentation up to date.
You track your tasks, report on progress and meet deadlines, with code reviews and systematic tests before anything goes to production. A GitHub profile with tested projects is essential.
What you'll do
- Development: build internal tools with Node.js/TypeScript, React and PostgreSQL
- AI mastery: use Claude and AI tools methodically (task breakdown, generation, rigorous review and tests)
- Quality and structure: keep a clear architecture, a clean Git and up-to-date documentation
- Project management: track tasks, report on progress and meet deadlines
- Quality assurance: carry out code reviews and systematic tests before anything goes to production
- Marrakech, hybrid; real projects in production, technical supervision, pay depending on profile and a possible job afterwards
Who they're looking for
- Command of the fundamentals: software architecture, Git, APIs, databases and unit tests
- Ability to understand and justify every line of code, including AI-generated ones
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude, Cursor or Copilot
- Organisation and independence in technical reporting
- Apply with a CV, a GitHub link (structured project with README and tests) and a short explanation of how you work with AI
