You join Scaleway's International Sales Enablement team, currently made up of a Sales Enablement Manager and a Sales Enablement Specialist. The team trains and onboards new salespeople and helps them strengthen their methods to support international growth.
You are in constant contact with Scaleway's 70 sales representatives in France and abroad. The internship teaches you to turn complex processes into clear content and to take part in cross-team projects, including an ISO 9001 quality project.
The internship starts on 4 January 2027 at the Paris office, on site. Pay follows Scaleway's standard internship range.
What you'll do
- Create and update training courses, learning materials, and Sales collateral
- Simplify complex business processes into clear and digestible content for Sales teams
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and content
- Support Sales teams in the ISO 9001 quality project
- Contribute to transverse Sales projects involving processes and data
- Participate in the activity reporting of the Sales Enablement team
- Stay in close contact with Sales representatives in France and abroad to ensure they have up-to-date content and information
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Sales training and onboarding initiatives
- Explore and leverage tools such as Google Workspace, Genially, Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, Guideflow, and Figma
Who they're looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Master's degree, ideally in Business, Sales, Learning & Development, Digital Marketing, or Communication
- C1+ level in English and in French, both written and spoken
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable creating presentations and visual content with tools such as Canva and Google Slides
- Strong interest in technology, Cloud, and AI
- Detail-oriented and rigorous
- Highly curious, with a strong appetite for learning
- Dynamic, agile, and proactive
- Comfortable communicating with and connecting with a large and international Sales community
- Strong interest in education, learning, and development
