Sales Enablement Project Intern

Job description

You join Mirakl's Sales Enablement team, five people based in France and the United States. The team helps salespeople perform better through certifications, tools and content.

The internship lets you work on training, data analysis and internal communications for an international sales organisation. You also use e-learning tools and AI-powered workflows.

The role is based at Mirakl's Paris office. The internship pays €1,200 to €1,400 per month, with 50% of public transport costs covered and meal vouchers.

What you'll do

• Create and enrich sales training and certification content (presentations, e-learning modules) to support the performance of our sales teams
• Manage our content management system to improve the user experience across articles and videos, and support AI-powered workflows and LMS tools for new hire onboarding
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate our tools and certifications, identify skill gaps, and track KPIs to optimise our Sales Enablement strategy
• Contribute to internal communications across the sales organisation, including newsletters and emails
• Support the organisation of internal events and training programmes: Sales Kick-Offs, Bootcamps, and Webinars

Who they're looking for

• Currently enrolled in a university or business school (Bac+4/5)
• A first experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing, or project management is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Creative and autonomous, with solid project management skills and the ability to handle complex situations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-functional teams
• Genuine interest in AI and its applications in a sales environment
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn and challenge yourself
• Tools Used: Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), 360 Learnings, Dust
• French: fluent
