Job description

You join Mirakl's People team, around 30 people who cover the full employee lifecycle across all offices. The team shapes the employee experience and the way the company grows and develops its talent.

The internship teaches you to run hands-on HR projects: learning events, training content, surveys and data tracking. You also work on how teams adopt AI.

The internship lasts 6 months from January 2027, in Paris, with 2 remote work days per month. Pay ranges from €1,200 to €1,400 per month depending on your level of study.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate learning events — Organise Manager Days, hackathons, bootcamps, lunch & learns and show-and-tell sessions, owning logistics, invitations, materials and post-event follow-up from start to finish.
  • Track participation and feedback — Manage attendance, collect feedback and synthesise key learnings and improvement opportunities to continuously raise the bar on our learning programmes.
  • Curate learning content — Audit and structure existing AI, enablement and learning resources into clear, audience-specific learning paths that make it easy for every Miraklian to grow.
  • Create practical resources — Develop guides, FAQs, checklists and quick-reference materials that support learning adoption and make knowledge accessible across the organisation.
  • Support AI fluency initiatives — Gather and document AI use cases, design surveys and knowledge checks, and organise assessment data to help the People team make informed decisions.

Who they're looking for

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's level degree in HR, from a business school or university
  • Experience in HR or learning is a plus, but not a prerequisite. Hybrid profiles combining analytical skills and project management are welcome.
  • Comfortable organising events and facilitating sessions, in connection with the projects mentioned.
  • Availability for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027 is required.
  • Rigorous and autonomous, with strong tracking and reporting capabilities
  • Genuine interest in AI
  • Appetite for project management, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • Tools Used: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); Collaborative tools (e.g. Notion, Google Workspace, or equivalent)
  • French: Fluent (C2 level required)
  • English: Professional proficiency (B2 minimum, C1 preferred)
