Job description

inToura Technologies is looking for a short-form video editor for an internship that can lead to a job. Editing skills matter more than knowledge of AI tools.

You turn raw footage into Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and short ads. You create hooks that grab attention in the first three seconds and work on pacing, cuts, transitions, animated subtitles, sound and colour grading.

You prepare several versions of an ad for testing, draw on references that work on social media, and learn to bring AI-generated footage and elements into production, alongside the marketing and content teams.

What you'll do

  • Transform raw footage into high-quality Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and short-form advertisements
  • Create powerful hooks that capture attention within the first 1–3 seconds
  • Master storytelling, pacing, rhythm and viewer retention
  • Use professional cuts, transitions, zooms, motion graphics and dynamic subtitles
  • Apply creative sound design, music synchronisation and colour grading
  • Turn simple footage into entertaining, emotionally engaging content
  • Recreate and improve editing styles from successful social media references
  • Develop multiple creative versions of advertisements for performance testing
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams
  • Learn and integrate AI-generated footage, images and creative elements into video production

Who they're looking for

  • Excellent short-form video editing skills; this is not a beginner position
  • Strong understanding of viral content mechanics and viewer psychology
  • Creativity, visual storytelling and attention to detail
  • Experience editing Reels, TikTok videos or performance ads
  • Strong sense of timing, rhythm, sound effects and visual composition
  • CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software
  • Ability to accept feedback and deliver polished revisions
  • Portfolio mandatory: three of your best short-form videos, your preferred editing software and one raw-footage-versus-final example
  • Nice to have: AI video generation, motion graphics, UGC videos and Meta Ads creatives, video analytics
  • AI experience is not required
