Job description

You join the Tech Risk & IT M&A team within Forvis Mazars’ Tech4Value practice in Levallois-Perret. The team advises executive boards and IT departments on IT risk, cybersecurity, resilience, compliance and transactions.

You work alongside experienced consultants on current topics such as DORA, ISO 27001 and NIS 2. You learn how to run interviews, analyse findings and write deliverables that support decision-making.

This is a final-year internship, with responsibilities that grow over the months. It can lead to a job offer.

What you'll do

  • Carry out structured analyses and help gather and verify the information each engagement needs.
  • Help prepare and take part in interviews with IT, risk, internal control and internal audit teams.
  • Contribute to clear, consistent deliverables designed to support decisions.
  • Help identify findings, risks and areas for improvement, with support from the team.
  • Gradually build your autonomy, your consulting mindset and your technology expertise.
  • Tech Risk & IT M&A activities: advising IT, risk, internal control and internal audit functions, with growing exposure to senior management
  • Tech Risk & IT M&A activities: taking part in major transformation programmes driven by regulation (DORA), information security (ISO 27001) and cybersecurity (NIS 2)
  • Tech Risk & IT M&A activities: taking part in strategic IT consulting engagements (process reviews, IT roadmaps, target architecture, performance and cost management)
  • You may also work on complex cross-functional engagements with the Data Advisory and IT M&A teams: IT due diligence, data and AI frameworks, high-stakes IT transformation projects.

Who they're looking for

  • Final-year student at a business school, engineering school or university, at master’s level
  • Strong interest in information systems, technology and transformation, shown through internships, a work-study programme, or academic or student projects
  • Drawn to consulting, with recognised analytical, summarising and writing skills
  • Able to work in a structured way, collaborate within a team and take on more responsibility over time
  • Good interpersonal skills, curious, energetic and comfortable sharing your ideas
  • Fluent English is essential
