Quality Project Manager Internship (M/F)

Job description

You join the Operations Quality team within Devoteam's France Delivery department in Levallois-Perret. The team runs certification campaigns and manages the quality management system in France, while supporting other countries.

You work on compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001: metrics, non-conformities, corrective actions, external audits and documentation. You also carry out quality checks and help train and raise awareness among staff.

The internship is for final-year engineering students, with a start date given as September 2026. Devoteam aims to offer a permanent contract to its interns once the internship ends.

What you'll do

• ISO 9001/14001/27001 compliance: implement, roll out and maintain the integrated management system
• ISO 9001/14001/27001 compliance: track quality performance indicators
• ISO 9001/14001/27001 compliance: help resolve non-conformities and put corrective and preventive actions in place
• ISO 9001/14001/27001 compliance: prepare and lead external audits, management reviews and process reviews
• ISO 9001/14001/27001 compliance: keep the integrated management system documentation consistent
• ISO 9001/14001/27001 compliance: assess and reduce environmental risks
• ISO 9001/14001/27001 compliance: spot improvement opportunities in QHSE processes
• ISO 9001/14001/27001 compliance: suggest and implement continuous improvement measures
• Quality control and internal audit: track quality performance indicators
• Quality control and internal audit: ensure compliance with the standards
• Quality control and internal audit: help resolve non-conformities and put corrective and preventive actions in place
• Quality control and internal audit: carry out quality checks on security commitments (working with various reports)
• Awareness and communication: take part in internal staff training
• Awareness and communication: produce and update communication materials
• Awareness and communication: inform, train and support staff and raise their awareness (quality, IT security, etc.)

• Some knowledge of the tech world
• Comfortable with a collaborative tool (Workplace, Drive, etc.)
• Terms such as "Cloud", "DevOps", "ITSM", "ServiceNow", "infrastructure" and "security" are not completely new to you
