Job description

You join an Alten team in Vitrolles that works on consultant onboarding and knowledge management. You take charge of two topics: onboarding new consultants and building up shared knowledge in SharePoint.

You design practical programmes and materials, including a training module built around a flight simulator. You work with a wide range of technical contacts and help roll out a web portal.

This is a six-month final-year internship for students at master’s level.

What you'll do

Standardising onboarding: standardise the consultant onboarding programme and the welcome booklet
Standardising onboarding: create a training module that includes a flight simulator, tailored to each job family
Knowledge management: help review and write existing materials to enrich the knowledge base
SharePoint portal roll-out: help build and deploy the web portal, which will become the data storage tool
SharePoint portal roll-out: organise how documents are stored

Who they're looking for

Currently in a master’s-level programme and looking for a six-month final-year internship
Good people skills and able to lead discussions with a range of technical contacts
Rigorous, organised and autonomous
Writes well and is skilled with office software
