You join Alten in Lyon as a recruiter for the nuclear sector. You cover the whole Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and act as a true HR partner to managers.
You handle recruitment from start to finish, from the manager’s need to candidate follow-up. You also help with employer branding, job fairs and school relations.
This is a final-year internship for second-year master’s students. Real commitment to the role can lead to a permanent contract.
What you'll do
- Identify and analyse hiring needs with managers
- Run an effective sourcing strategy (job boards, social networks, talent pools, etc.)
- Write and post job ads on the most relevant channels
- Conduct HR phone interviews and validate applications
- Work closely with operational teams to follow up on your candidates
- Handle admin tasks in the ERP/CRM (candidate records, follow-ups, assessments)
- Take part in HR communication and promote the employer brand
- Contribute to school relations, job fairs, trade shows and recruitment events
