You join Mama Shelter Paris East, in Paris's 20th district, as assistant to the HR manager. The team has 120 people.
You take part in every HR task: recruitment, onboarding, staff administration, training and internal communication. You also help create a positive, friendly workplace for every employee.

What you'll do
- Assist the HR manager of Mama Paris East
- Take part in all of the hotel's HR tasks: recruitment, onboarding, staff administration, training, internal communication.
- Act as the HR ambassador for a team of 120 people, helping to build a welcoming, quirky and friendly atmosphere.
- Make sure the teams enjoy the Mama experience and create a positive, motivating environment for every employee.
